Over the years, as a small business owner and as a manager of business development for small contractors, I've gained a true sense of just how daunting a task marketing to the federal government can appear.
However, I also realized that there were processes, tools and resources that the large companies employed successfully.
So I began developing a process to equip small companies with 'large company' power tools. While it might not be rocket science, it's definitely not easy.
But the good news is that it is obtainable for those willing to work hard, diligently and strategically.
